I've been having a lot of fun recently working on maps for the Tyranny of the Daleks roleplaying scenario. I've been using Inkarnate, an easy to use mapping and floor plan website. At the moment I'm only using the free assets, but these alone are really useful and varied.
At present I'm working on creating maps or plans of the various scenes from the fan film. The scale provided is in accordance with the Doctor Who roleplaying game from Cubicle 7, which is one range being equivalent to ten metres (normally) on foot.
It's enjoyable learning how to use a new application, and I'm excited about developing my skills with it.
